A review of Royal Mail by Sandra written on Wednesday 8th of May 2024
I sent a parcel to my sister. It was collected from my house and Royal mail provided the label. Over a week later its been backwards and forwards from the sorting office in Tweedale to a sorting office West Midlands. I cannot contact anyone by phone as all numbers are not available. I rang customer service which was press this press that and then asked for my tracking number.said it 3 times and it wouldn't accept it. Messaged a number I was given no joy. The item in question is not valuable in terms of money but it is irreplaceable. I'm so frustrated and angry. I'm disabled so can't physically get to the sorting office. In February Royal Mail lost a bday card with £20 in it. Royal Mail are getting beyond a joke. I will never use them again. I will use email where possible and send parcels with Evri..
