"So disorganised"

On each visit the counter staff flick through alk the prescriptions they have ready often in more than one pile or for some reason elsewhere. No alphabetic sortation of the prescription customers name, just a big pile.

Obviously a queue builds up as this can take a long time for each customer. Why not sort things alphabetically in a simplebox system, would save everyone including counter staff a lot of time and very easy too.
