"48 hour tracked not delivered"

Informed on tracking that our parcel would be delivered Monday 13th March, waited around, not received, could not check any further because of only an automated answer system.

Tracking has not been updated since yesterday, do we sit and wait, history tells us that Royal Mail are very good at delivering to the wrong address as they have done so many times..
