Had a text to say i had a parcel that would be delivered

Then had a text saying that they couldnt deliver it and had left a card

They hadnt because someone was in and no card

Tried to ring but noone answers

Seems they think no one was in so wouldnt take it out the office so would then deliver a card later in the day

Royal mail do what we pay you to do and deliver not say you have tried when you havent.
