"Unprofessional"

Having booked an appointment for roots cut and blow dry arrived to be informed that not enough time was allocated for my appointment. Told would not be able to do today. Person booking appointment on the phone had told stylist that I wanted an all over colour and only booked half an hour. Not very good customer service and although have used on numerous previous occasions will never use again..
